Mall: Tidy up the shopping centerTerms of Use
These terms apply to the game Mall: Tidy up the shopping center ("the game"), made by Byte Stack Solutions in the Netherlands ("we"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you bought the game on the Epic Games Store, the Epic Games Store terms and end user license agreement also apply; where they conflict with these terms, Epic's terms win.
Your licence
When you get the game, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it for your own non-commercial use. The game and everything in it remain the property of Byte Stack Solutions and its licensors.
You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game, or remove its copyright notices. You may stream the game and make videos and screenshots of it, including monetised ones.
Playing online
- Online play uses Epic Online Services and may require an Epic account. Epic's terms apply to your account.
- Only share your room code with people you want to play with.
- Do not cheat, disrupt other players' games, or try to break into, overload or reverse engineer the online features.
- Online features depend on services we do not run. We cannot promise they are always available, and we may change or end them.
Updates
We may update the game to fix problems, add content or change features. Some updates may be needed to keep playing online.
Warranty and liability
We make the game with care, but it is provided as is, without guarantees that it is free of bugs or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost data, so keep a copy of your save files if they matter to you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

How the game handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
